For this Chef's Table evening, Chef Mack draws inspiration from the women that have inspired her not only in her culinary career, but also in her personal life. Each dish reflects the women that were most prominent in helping shape Chef Mack into who she is today. Course 1 - Popcorn and Chicken Salad Crostini
Course 2 - Beet Carpaccio Salad with Arugula, Crushed Seeds, Nuts, Breadcrumbs with Chef Mackenzie's Famous Seasoning, and Garlic Vinaigrette
Course 3 - Hand Made Gnocchi with a White Wine Sauce, Peas, Spinach, Lemon, and Parmesan
