Chef's Masterclass Series: Couple's Cooking Class

Elevate your next date night with an evening of culinary discovery and fine dining. This masterclass series offers couples a rare look at the artistry behind a professional menu, focusing on the essential techniques that transform raw ingredients into a finished masterpiece.

The evening begins with a welcome glass of wine and an interactive demonstration. You’ll watch as the Chef showcases the foundational skills required for the night’s menu—ranging from professional knife work to the secrets of flavor profiling and elegant plate design.

Following the demonstration, you’ll join us at the prep bench for a hands-on session. Side-by-side with your partner, you’ll master the "Mise en Place," handles-on preparation, and the technical assembly of the evening’s components. While the Chef handles the precision cooking and heat, you’ll enjoy a second curated wine pairing and focus on the craft of gourmet preparation.

To conclude the experience, you’ll move to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labor. As our team pours your third wine pairing, we will serve a full, professionally plated three-course dinner featuring the Chef's signature seasonal selections. It is an evening of education, collaboration, and exceptional food.

Tickets purchased will be refunded only when notice is given 48 hours before the event. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded due to holding and costs associated with the event. Ticket fees will not be refunded except for event cancellations made by Renault. In case of weather or other cause where there is a need to cancel or amend an event, Renault will contact the ticket holders via email by the morning of the event date. In the case of a "no show" by a ticket holder without prior notice given, tickets will not be refunded.
