Our 17th annual Chefs for Gemma benefit will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025! The evening will highlight the talented Chef Eli Collins of a.kitchen + bar, part of James Beard Award-winning restaurateur, Ellen Yin’s, High Street Hospitality Group! Chef Collins and his restaurant have received many accolades, including multiple “Three Bells: Excellent” reviews from the Philadelphia Inquirer‘s food critic, Craig LaBan, being named one of Wine Enthusiast “Top 100 Wine Restaurants in America,” and being awarded Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” in 2020. In 2023, a.kitchen + bar was named a James Beard Foundation Award semifinalist for “Outstanding Wine and Other Beverages Program. Chef Collins was named “Best Chef” by Philadelphia Magazine in 2022.” In 2024, a.kitchen was #1 on the New York Times list of “The 25 Best Restaurants in Philadelphia Right Now.”
