Chef's Dinner at 1700 Steakhouse

Step into 1700° Steakhouse on April 29 at 7 pm for an evening designed around flavor, storytelling, and the craft of exceptional dining. Executive Chef Andres Padilla will lead guests through a multi‑course menu that highlights the season’s finest ingredients, prepared with the fire‑driven technique that defines his culinary style. With each course, Chef Padilla will step out to share the inspiration and intention behind the dish, offering guests a direct window into his creative process.

The experience continues with a curated selection of wines from Stags' Leap Winery. A representative from the winery will guide guests through each pairing, explaining the character of the wines, the philosophy behind their production, and how each pour elevates the flavors of the menu. The evening becomes a dialogue between cuisine and wine, shaped by the experts who craft them.

This Chef’s Dinner is designed as an immersive, guided journey where every course and every pairing builds a deeper connection to the artistry behind the meal.
