This year, Chef's Choice enters an exciting new chapter at Tapestry Hall, one of Waterloo Region's most stunning and architecturally celebrated venues. Beneath soaring ceilings and sparkling chandeliers, some of the region's most talented chefs will come together to create an extraordinary culinary experience showcasing the vibrant food culture that makes Waterloo Region so special.
