We're chefing right, and this time it's live.
Chefologist is bringing our chef-led menu off the private dining table and onto the street for our very first pop-up. Think charcoal jerk pan straight off the oil drum, hot oil crackling in the fryer, and a menu built to make your taste buds sing.
On the menu:
🍗 Korean Fried Umami Wings – 10 cut wings, double-fried for crunch, glazed in a sticky-savoury umami sauce that hits sweet, spicy and deep all at once.
🍗 Caribbean Jerk Curry Wings – 5 whole wings, marinated and grilled low and slow over charcoal, marinated with a fragrant jerk curry fusion that's smoky, warming and unmistakably ours.
Choose your wings, paired with crinkle fries and creamy coleslaw, for £15.

This is a soft launch, and portions are limited. We're cooking small batches, done properly, not mass-produced. Pre-ordering guarantees your plate. Turn up without one, and you're gambling on what's left.
