For this month’s Chef Talks series, we are excited to shine the spotlight on our Sous Chef, Donivan, after his recent trip to Peru!
Even before he began his tenure with Chef Margot, Peruvian culture and cuisine have been a source of inspiration for Chef Donivan. This past month he had the opportunity to immerse himself in all Peru had to offer: dining at some of the best restaurants in the world, shopping in local markets, and diving deeper into the culture and history.
After exploring multiple cities, climates, restaurants, and flavors, Chef Donivan is bursting with fresh ideas to bring back to Dayton and share with us all!
