Join local Chef Cori Pledger in the TCRA Classroom as we kick off the first installment of our Artist Lecture Series. This event is FREE to the public thanks to a generous sponsorship from the Community Foundation. We are jumping in with a focus on the Culinary Arts and how it can be incorporated into every day life. Chef Cori will be giving a little background talk first, then will demo a couple of kitchen activities. Decorative fruit cutting is a nice way to brighten up a baby shower or Sunday's brunch spread.
We will also be going over plating techniques to wow your next dinner party's guests.
