Chef Signature Series - A Chef's Journey: Chef Marc Lépine

Niagara College's Signature Chef Series is back by popular demand.

On Monday, January 26, the legendary dinner series will welcome Executive Chef/Owner Marc Lépine from Atelier in Ottawa, ON.

In 2008, Marc opened Atelier, which was named one of Canada’s Best New Restaurants by enRoute magazine.

He went on to make history as the only chef to win the Canadian Culinary Championship twice, earning the title in both 2012 and 2016. In 2018, he was recognized as Canada’s Most Innovative Chef by Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants.

In 2024, Marc was among only six Canadian chefs to receive international recognition from The Best Chef Awards.
