The Chef Series is a dope night of EATING: an educational and experiential pop up dinner with cooking presentations designed to share The Nest – A Brunch Joint’s unique approach to brunch dining.

A bit about the theme…

Don’t let the age fool you! As the son of The Nest’s owners, Mateo has grown up surrounded by incredible food, and now he’s stepping into the spotlight. He’s curated a list of his personal favorite creations, proving that great taste knows no age. Join us for a unique, heartfelt series that celebrates the next generation of The Nest. Get ready for a menu that is bold, playful, and 100% Mateo-approved.

What can you expect from The Chef Series?

As always, The Chef Series will feature six courses highlighting elevated and diverse ingredients. This year, we are elevating the experience by activating your "sound senses" through a brand-new Sonic Experience. Our live DJ will curate a custom playlist for the evening featuring intentional song pairings for every course, matching the music to the specific flavors and inspirations of the food. A great Host will walk you through the night, and you’ll have the chance to hear from Antonio alongside the featured chefs to learn about the techniques behind each dish. If you haven’t been, this is truly a unique, multi-sensory evening of education, food, and atmosphere.

What about the drinks?

All the drinks will be fun and inspired cocktails, mocktails and other libations that directly pair with the food.
