Chef Dinner with The Servis Brothers at The Rooftop on Main

Come enjoy the best views and the best food Bucks County has to offer. For one night only, The Roof on Main will be hosting a seven course tasting menu presented by Servis Events. Right in the height of the growing season, we are going to be taking a walk through all things Bucks County. Local produce farms, incredible local meats, and food that is not found in restaurants alike.

Join us for this unique dining experience on Thursday, July 30, from 6-10pm. We are offering 20 seats only at a community table right next to where our chefs are going to be cooking. This is a great experience to ask questions, connect with our community, and enjoy some of the best beer, wine, and spirits our great state of Pennsylvania has to offer.

Seats starting at $200/guest

Additional $100 for wine or cocktail pairing with each of the 7 courses

Menu (Subject to Change):

1. Amuse bouch: Henry Mac’s rabbit rillette, mocking bird sourdough baguette, dried cherry, green coriander

2. Blooming Glenn pork belly, carrot ginger puree, pork jus, pickled mustard, radish

3. Farm green salad, champagne vinaigrette, shaved root veg, dried cranberry, parm crisp, bread “jawn”

4. “Agli e olio”, lore pasta basil pappradelle, local garlic, fresh herd, dried chilli, piave

5. Intermezzo- raspberry sorbet, raspberry curd

6. Seven cedar farms 290 degree chicken, local grilled and chilled vegetables, German style new potato salad

7. All things blueberry, blueberry Ice cream, blueberry cake, maple granola, blueberry tuile
