Chef Dinner: From Farm to Table

Join us at Terra for a chef-led dining experience centered around locally sourced seasonal ingredients and personalized course selections. Throughout the evening, guests will taste local products and be introduced to a variety of ingredients, including dry-aged meats, butcher’s specials, and vegetables from local farms, while our chefs share the story behind each selection—where it comes from, why it was chosen, its seasonality, and what makes it unique.

Guests will then choose the ingredients they would like featured in their meal, allowing the chefs to curate a customized 4-course dining experience prepared over Terra’s wood-fired grill. Blending storytelling, seasonal sourcing, and culinary craftsmanship, the experience offers a deeper connection to every ingredient served. An optional cocktail pairing will also be available.
