Chef and Front of House Series

Our team at Trinity, Upstairs and Bistro Union thrived off our "Chef Series" last year with all of our chefs completing an evening located at Drop on The Common to showcase their cooking.
For 2024, we are levelling it up and getting our hospitality superstars to have one night at Bistro Union to run their own restaurant.
This is an opportunity for the team to not only showcase cookery skills and wine knowledge, but to learn the whole picture of running a restaurant.
The chefs have been paired up with a front of house member and will publish a menu, develop a drinks offering and sell the tickets.
