This immersive dining journey highlights prime proteins, refined technique, and artful presentation, designed to deliver a luxurious progression of flavors from start to finish.
Five-Course Tasting Menu Preview
• Scallop Crudo Tostada — citrus, chili, micro herbs
• Butter-Poached Lobster Taco — citrus butter, chive, caviar
• Crispy Duck Taco — pickled element, citrus balance
• Wagyu Taco — yuzu aioli, caviar touch
• Coconut Panna Cotta — mango, passionfruit, toasted coconut
Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. Each course will be complemented by a carefully curated cocktail and wine pairing, thoughtfully selected to enhance every dish.
