Join Megan LaPointe for a cheesemaking class on Sunday, April 20. 🐮🐐🥛🧀 Learn how to make mozzarella and ricotta cheese, sample different cheeses, and learn skills to make cheese in your own kitchen. If you like, you can even take home a kit of basic materials to get you started.
Megan is known for her regenerative ranching methods and high-quality meat, dairy and eggs. There are only 6 spots available in this hands-on workshop, so get yours today.
The workshop uses raw milk, as sold from point of production under Texas law. This experience is for ages 12+, and is $90 per person for this hands-on 3-hour class. Optional take-home kit for $25 each.
