About this Event

Parmesan cheese is one of the most popular cheeses in the world! It is a hard cheese made from cow's milk with a rich, tangy, nutty, sharp, complex, fruity, and bold taste. It is a great accompaniment to many dishes - pretty taste on it's own as well.

Class cost is $55 per student. This class is rarely offered so sign up quick if you'd like to attend.
