Cheese Please!

Cheese is the wine of the food world...how do flavors and textures meld together so wonderfully with the wines we love to drink? Come sit with us for an evening of gorgeously composed bites, learn how Stephanie, our new team member, resident turophile, and cheesemonger extraordinaire, builds them, and watch as the wines we pair evolve and embellish the properties in the glass and on the plate.

Ask as many questions as you'd like, because you can pick up all of the building blocks in the shop to make in the comfort of your own homes. We'll be doing a range of wines for every kind of drinker, so no one will be left thirsty.

This tasting will be seated and limited to 8 people. Class starts promptly at 6:30PM.
