Teutonic Wine Company and Ellian Rohrbacher, aka La Femme Fromage, cheese monger, teamed up to teach a class on cheese and wine pairing!
Ellian will guide you through a curated lineup of exceptional cheeses, each paired with artisan accoutrements and selected Teutonic wines. You will learn the basics of how cheese is made, insider tips on the best ways to serve and store your favorite styles, and the secrets to pairing cheese with food and wine. Plus, you will have plenty of time as ask Ellian all your burning cheese questions.
