Cheese and Amaro Pairing Class

A happy collaboration between neighborhood friends So Damn Gouda Cheese Shop and Semiprecious Bar!

This guided pairing will walk participants through five cheese and amaro combinations, taking time to explain the intricacies of both! We'll talk about what makes a pairing work, and also spend some time answering questions and doing a little crash course on "Amaro 101" and "Cheese 101."
It'll be a fun, casual, place to explore new flavors!

Included in the Ticket:

• Welcome cocktail (and individual snack skewer)
• Four half pours of amaro and four ounces of cheese, plus palate cleansers and other small accoutrements.
• A dessert pairing featuring one more amaro, cheese, and chocolate!
