Official Rules: Winner must be available by phone by 9 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2026. If Lottery Staff is unable to reach winner by 9 p.m., winner(s) will be disqualified, and the alternate will be chosen to win the game tickets. Winner must submit a completed claim form to Lottery staff by 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 14, 2026. If selected ticket winner owes a debt to another state agency they will be disqualified and an alternate will be chosen. The alternate will have till 4 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, to submit a claim form.
Odds of winning any prize on Scratch Game #1935 are 1 in 3.55. Odds of winning a drawing prize depend on the number of entries received. Drawing prizes are merchandise prizes. No substitutions allowed, including cash equivalent. Merchandise prizes are non-transferable.
