Our intro to checking clinic will provide your player with the fundamentals to understand the changes in game play that occur when "body contact" becomes "body checking." Your player will learn the basics of delivering a clean body check and more importantly how to receive a body check and keep out of danger situations and vulnerable positions.
This 4-week series will be offered 3 times over the spring and summer.
Monday's, 7:20-8:30pm
Series 1: May 6 - 27
Series 2: June 3 - 24
Series 3: July 8 - 29
*Registration is open to 12U Minors through 14U Majors.
