No registration is required.
Age Limit: 1-15 years old
Registration on-site for 15 and under. Food and water will be available. Multi-agency event including TWRA, Corps of Engineers-Cheatham Lake, Ashland City Parks and Rec, Cheatham County EMS. Fishing gear will be provided to those who do not have fishing gear. Additional restrooms will be brought onsite.
Parking will be available and visitors who register will get a free day in the Right Bank Recreation Day Use.
On Bobby Wilson Free Fishing Day June 6th, 2026 all state residents and visitors of any age may fish for free without a license in Tennessee's public waters. Additionally, youth ages 15 or younger may fish for free the entire week, beginning on Free Fishing Day (June 6) and continuing through the following Friday, June 12.
