Integrative Yoga Therapy is a pioneer and leader in therapeutic Yoga teacher training programs. This yoga teacher training brings together all of the most powerful yogic tools: asana, pranayama, mudra, yoga nidra, mantra, meditation and ayurveda into a complete package where they can be integrated and utilized for therapeutic classes directed toward specific groups and for one-on-one Yoga therapy sessions.
Our experiential approach to learning allows students to integrate in-depth information through a creative process resulting in a unique and comprehensive learning experience, and at ChayaVeda this includes a unique approach to the Anatomy & Physiology curriculum, integrating Applied Kinesiology into the components of yoga providing practical applications with transformative education.
Our intensive yoga therapy teacher training format is ideal for professionals, providing clear, concise information supported by excellent home study materials including our extensive training manual and our faculty consists of teachers who are leading experts and passionate educators in yoga, yoga therapy, Ayurveda and applied sciences.
The course is available in person in our classroom down the hallway from our Ayurvedic Clinic in Gainesville, Florida, a multifaceted destination with many reasons to visit.
