Chats and Charity with the Manawatū Cancer Society

Every person, every Cancer. What makes the Cancer Society unique is that our services and support are for everyone, no matter what the cancer. Here at the Manawatū Centre, we cover from Dannevirke across to Manawatū and all the way down to Horowhenua.

We support in many ways, which our team will talk about. But the two iconic events central to our fundraising are Daffodil Day, this year on the 30th of August, and a much-loved Manawatū event Relay for Life which next year is celebrating 25 years.

To support this Kaupapa many of us work part-time, which means we need volunteers to help with many tasks and programs, whether it be helping at one of these events or manning reception for us a few hours a week.

Come along to help us raise awareness which in turn raises hope for all whanau affected by Cancer. Learn about the ways you could help us, including our business partnerships.
