Join Mike Ferrante of the Mike Team at LPT Realty for an in-person class on putting ChatGPT to work in your real estate business. You'll see how top agents are using it to save hours every week on listing descriptions, client follow-up, marketing, and more.

This hour qualifies for 1 hour of Ohio CE credit. Please have your license number ready when you register.
Optional: Hands-On ChatGPT Workshop (non-CE, 30 to 45 minutes)
Bring your laptop or tablet and a real project you want help with. Mike will cover intermediate and advanced ChatGPT strategies and answer questions live.
Optional: Listing Presentation Roleplay (non-CE)
Practice your listing presentation in person and get real feedback.
You're welcome to stay for any or all of it. Come for the CE hour only, or stick around for the workshop and roleplay.

Create a free ChatGPT account and log in on your laptop or tablet before you arrive so we can jump right in.

Mike Ferrante has 18+ years in real estate and leads the Mike Team at LPT Realty, a RealTrends Top 10 Mega Team in Ohio with 3,000+ team transactions. He holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and teaches Ohio CE classes for real estate agents.
