These sessions are for adults/parents/carers to meet up and check in with others to boost morale and ensure we all feel supported.
ASD Family Help staff/volunteers will be at these sessions to listen and support people who are feeling overwhelmed/isolated or just want a chat and a cuppa.
We offer FREE information and signposting to local services and activities. We also offer help with benefits but this is by appointment only.
