Synopsis: After witnessing a devastating oil spill, a man takes a vow of silence and gives up motorized transport, embarking on a 17-year journey across the US to raise awareness about environmental issues, armed only with a banjo and his principles.

Synopsis: Chasing Time follows photographer James Balog concluding his 15-year Extreme Ice Survey, blending breathtaking imagery of melting glaciers with a personal meditation on mortality and, mentorship.

Program Description: Arrive early when doors open, and stay after the film for enlightening facilitated dialogue with relevant experts and advocates. The facilitator for this screening will be Ayla Olvera.

A One Earth Young Filmmakers Contest-winning film, SOURCE (2025, 7 Min) by Graduates of the Artistique ESMA, will also be featured.
