Chasing Fireflies

2026 WSU MFA Exhibition Show: Chasing Fireflies is the debut collection from graduating MFA candidate and Creative Director of ZOOBI, Zuwaib Razzaq, which ruminates on the transcendence of identity, immigration and assimilation. Tasking us with making our way back home through the darkness to a sense of self that is lush with vibrant color, patterns, textures, silhouettes, and spirit.

ZOOBI, is a streetwear brand for the fearless revolutionary who’s quick witted, sharp tongued, and majorly flirty. Zuwaib is inspired to dress people who, like himself, can’t help but wear their hearts on their sleeves and he hopes his garments empower people to embody their fullest potential with hearty, unapologetic gusto and joy.
