🍂 Rainbow Gulch Hike 🍂
Let’s get outside and do some leaf peeping! We’re heading up past Woodland Park to Rainbow Gulch, near Rampart Reservoir, for an easy fall hike and hopefully some beautiful Colorado color. 🍁
We’ll meet at Regain Field (formerly Old Weidner Field) at Barnes & Tutt and leave at 8:30 AM sharp, so please arrive a little early and be ready to go.
The hike will be about 3–4 miles, depending on when we decide to turn around. It’s an easy hike, but not stroller-friendly.
For lunch, we have two options:
🥪 Pack a picnic and we’ll find somewhere to enjoy it
🍽️ Grab lunch in Woodland Park after the hike
If you RSVP, please let me know which lunch option you prefer.
Bring water, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, and anything else you like to have for a few hours outside. We should be back early to mid-afternoon.
One important detail… I’ll need a ride! I’m dropping my car and daughter off at driver’s skid course camp that morning, so I’ll need to catch a ride from Regain Field. 😊
