Are you ready to deepen your presence, connect with truth, and lead with love? Join us for a transformative event designed to explore the power of relational truth and the impact of showing up fully in your leadership.
You’ll be guided by two leaders who see relatefulness as a life practice, rather than just a set of techniques, and who are continually striving to welcome all of what is here to the best of their ability.
Nick Neild, Executive Director of the Charlotte Greatwood Zen Center, recently shared, “Relatefulness has really propelled my mindfulness practice to a whole new level. I am now more in my body, aware of my emotions and thoughts, as well as being more in tune with what others might be experiencing in the present moment.”
Another recent attendee shared, “Nothing has sparked more self-exploration for me than this practice.”
In this retreat, we’ll explore presence, connection, and what arises when we share ourselves fully. Together, we’ll dive into questions like...
What is alive in our connections?
What gets in the way of deeper relating?
What happens when we share from a place of truth and presence?
Rather than learning leadership in theory, we’ll experience it in real time—paying attention to what emerges between us and using that as the material for growth. This retreat is an opportunity to practice leadership that is rooted in relational intelligence, discernment, and deep presence—an approach that transforms not just how we lead, but how we live.
Have any questions about this immersion or want to call to see if it’s the right fit? Please email [email protected] with the subject line, “Relateful Retreat Question”. I would be more than happy to email, call, or zoom.
What to Expect:
Embodied Connection: Experience a space where truth doesn’t just come from words but from what’s behind them. "Until everything is allowed in, including what counts as ‘I’m not going to say what I’ve got right now,’ we’re not really in the full truth of the moment."
Relational Honesty with Discernment: Learn how to share from a place of emotional awareness without overwhelming others. Radical honesty might shock, but our practice invites you to share in a way that cares for the connection, not just the expression.
Experiential Learning: This isn’t just a workshop – it’s a space to actively practice and embody what we learn together. We believe in the power of collective souls acting at their best, where we trust the process and let the group lead us to what we need.
Impactful Growth: As Annabeth recently shared, “It’s like doing squats at the gym – it makes life feel easier in every other space. My being learns new ways to be, and that shows up everywhere, even in how I connect with others."
In our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to explore leadership from a fresh perspective, gaining insights that go beyond traditional models of leadership development. This practice encourages an openness to learning through experimentation, feedback, and the willingness to receive the impact of our choices.
You’re not just signing up for an event – you’re stepping into a new approach to leadership, one that values co-created truths, relational depth, and an ongoing commitment to showing up fully and authentically.
Who Should Attend: Leaders, managers, facilitators, and anyone looking to deepen their connection with others, whether personally or professionally. If you're ready to step into leadership with more vulnerability, authenticity, and presence, this event is for you.
Come ready to engage, experiment, and expand your capacity for connection in leadership.

Get to know your Facilitators:
Annabeth Novitzki has a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance, and has been teaching private voice, speech, and music lessons for over 20 years. For the last 8 years, she has been incorporating Relatefulness skills into how she work with the voice, and guiding people to fully, genuinely express themselves. What she’s most trained and experienced in is listening in exquisite detail, feeling myriad subtle sensations in her body, and communicating deep things that can’t be seen. She also serves as the Head Facilitator of the Austin Relateful Studio.
James Dial has been described as a “facilitator who radiates the warmth of an open heart. He has a sincerity, honesty, and acceptance of what is here, which creates an atmosphere of presence, trust, and playful aliveness.” He works full-time developing leaders and teams to be more relateful and productive at a manufacturing plant in Charlotte. With a background in mechanical engineering (B.S.), he combines analytical thinking with deep relational awareness. He also serves as a facilitator for the Relateful Company.
