About this Event
Ross brings wealth of experience in open fire cooking and is excited to work with us to showcase the Charlie Charcoal Oven for this cooking demo and dining experience.
The Charlie Oven:
What makes the Charlie Oven a fantasic choice for outdoor cooking?
features which makes the Charlie such a fantastic choice for outdoor cooking:
- It's simple to set up and use: add a 'half a football' amount of charcoal, light and close the doors. Once you are 10 degrees off your chosen temperature simply push in the valves leaving a 'knuckles' width gap for airflow - it's as simple as that
- Holds temperature really well - made from solid steel with excellent insulation which retains the heat for rounded, even cooking
- Huge temperature range - cook from as low as 100 degrees up to 400 degrees, the temperature range allows huge versatility in your cooking from smoking, baking, grilling to pizzas, you can cook anything in a Charlie
- 9 shelf heights for full flexibility and capacity - cook with direct heat over the coals or opt for a longer cook up high, as well as cooking multiple things at one time.
- Powder coated solid steel construction - it is designed to withstand the Great British weather! You can leave it outside all year round
- Designed for hands off cooking - you can shut the door and walk away as you would when cooking in a normal oven.
- An all-in-one cooker - no need for multiple appliances, one oven does everything
