Join our resident rockhounding guru on a walking expedition to hunt for and identify Northern Michigan's most prized possessions- rocks!
About this Event

Along the scenic walk to the beach, you will learn about the geologic history that created some of the topography that makes this area so special, along with some fun local stories and history!

Please bring/wear:

~Comfortable walking shoes you don't mind getting wet

~Hat & Sunscreen

~Layered clothing (the lakefront can be breezy and cool)

Cost: Registration fee includes an identification guide and rock pouch!
