You’ll delve into the relationships and dynamics of the group illuminated by works like Vanessa Bell’s ‘The Memoir Club’ and trace the influence of European modernism through Roderic O’Conor’s ‘Flowers’.
Discover Omega Workshops’ bold designs including Fry’s furniture Bell’s textiles and Grant’s painted screens as well as the evolution of British studio pottery through Quentin Bell’s and Duncan Grant’s ceramics. Explore the art of sculpture through Stephen Tomlin’s busts while Maynard Keynes’ art collection links Charleston to European masters like Manet and Cézanne.
