🤝 Charity Workout with Centred Pilates 🤝
I am so so excited to share that Centred Pilates will be hosting its first ever charity fundraising event and we want you there!
Join me at 10am on Sunday the 18th of January at Isle of Wight Pilates in Cowes to raise money for Happy Doggo; a charity who work tirelessly to solve the global street dog population through feeding, neutering and emergency medical care. They get a man’s best friend healthy and happy with tails wagging Happy Doggo
The event will be a mash up of floor based fitness and Pilates moves hitting strength, balance, coordination and cardiovascular components of fitness. To top it off…at the end of the event we will be providing a healthy little treat to refuel mind and body 🙈
