Charity Sound Bath, Nidra, Chai Event

A charity fundraising event for SEEABILITY: The Royal School for the Blind Supporting people who have learning disabilities or autism, who may also have sight loss.

Through a broad range of support enabling people to live full lives and achieve things they never thought possible.

The Event is being facilitated by an experienced practioner from Pure Harmony who will guide you through an hour of Yoga Nidra, Namaste pray, Sound Bath and Chai with a blend of aromatherpy to enhance the experience.

All profits will go direct to the charity SEEABILITY with a target of £2220 we are trying to reach. One of your hosts, Charmaine is currently training for the London Marathon on behalf of SEEABILITY with Pure Harmony dontating their time and expertise for this fantastic event.

Tickets are £20 for this fantastic opportunity with a further £10 if you would like to purchase an eye pillow and throw for the day which you can take home with you at this reduced price which can be purchased with your ticket.These will be on sale on the day along with the special combination of oils mixed specially by Pure Harmony for this occasion and will come in a roller bottle.

Please bring a mat or something you will feel comfortable laying on. There will be two sessions only with a maximum of 20 people in each session.

Session one is 1230 to 1330

Session two is 1400 to 1500

The venue is Coach, located in French Weir Park with a coffee shop next door.
