A charity poker night at the best supper club in the Twin Cities.
On Friday, September 18, Mr. Paul's Supper Club becomes a poker room for one night. Doors open at 5:00 with a cash bar and a live blues band. Dinner is served. At 6:45 the dealers sit down and forty people find out how good they actually are.
$200 gets you a seat in the Texas Hold'em tournament and your dinner. Professional dealers run every hand.
Every buy-in goes to Jeremiah Program
Jeremiah Program is a Minneapolis nonprofit that has spent thirty years disrupting the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at once. College for mom, early childhood education for her kids, safe housing, and a community of women doing the same hard thing at the same time. Their belief, in their words: no mother should have to choose between investing in herself and investing in her children.
