Referral Partners 365 will host 2nd Annual Charitable Golf Outing on Monday, August 12, 2024 at Crystal Lake Country Club. 8:30am Registration - 10am Shotgun Start
The outing will serve as a fundraiser for Options & Advocacy for McHenry County. You will help support infants, children, and adults with developmental delays and disabilities.
