Every year Bhante Sujatha travels the world sharing the teachings of the Buddha, the value in practical applications of mindfulness to everyday life, and the message of loving-kindness.

Despite traveling the world more than 200 days each year, and having now spent more time abroad than in his home land, Bhante Sujatha has never forgotten his roots in Sri Lanka.

Bhante has been working to help the people in the developing nation of Sri Lanka for more than 25 years by building homes, providing materials to schools and students, food for the hungry, equipment for hospitals, medicine for the sick, and so much more. Leading by example with tireless effort, Bhante Sujatha never forgets that this work cannot be done by him alone. Without the support of friends and students all over the world, these services helping those in need in Sri Lanka would not exist.
