FUNDRAISER ANNOUNCEMENT📣We are holding a fundraiser, supporting our lovely Teacher Sophie in aid of The MSA Trust, St Michael’s Hospice Hereford and Phoenix Bereavement.
In 2018, Sophie’s dad was diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and devastating neurological condition. Throughout his illness, their family received so much support from the MSA Trust and St Michael’s Hospice. Their care, guidance and kindness meant so much to them during such a difficult time.
Sophie’s dad sadly died in June 2021, and this year will mark 5 years since his death. Even after his passing, St Michael’s have continued to support both Sophie and her mum, and their ongoing care has made such a difference.
For the past 2 years Sophie has also been supported by Phoenix Bereavement. Grief can feel incredibly overwhelming, and she doesn’t know where she would be without their support.
These charities have helped Sophie’s family through some of the hardest moments in their lives, which is why we are supporting this fundraiser - to give something back and help raise awareness for the incredible work they do.
