When:
Saturday 12th October
8pm start - late (auction is expected to last 2 hours)
Where:
The Swan, 17 High St, Thornbury, Bristol BS35 2AE
Information:
The event will take place in the upstairs function room of the The Swan. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to get your bidding number and seat. There are no seats numbers, so feel free to sit wherever you'd like. We'd advise larger groups to arrive early to secure seats together.
There will be programmes provided with all the necessary bidding and lot information.
The evening will begin with the first half of the auction, live music, buffet food and then finish with the second half of the auction.
We have the event room for the whole evening, so please feel free to stay and drink following the auction, if you'd like to. Drinks (both soft and alcoholic) are not included with the tickets, but will be available to purchase at the bar.
We will accept both cash and card payment for any lots.
Donation buckets will be scattered around the hall and on the bar for any donations which you may like to make - separate to the bidding.
