Chardonnay and Cheese Pairing

For ages 21 & up

Enjoy a guided tasting of three Chardonnays, which can range from rich and oaky to crisp and minerally, paired with three complementary cheeses. You'll discover what a difference the climate, region, and oak make; a little about how both the cheeses and the wines are created; and pick up tips on pairing cheese with wine.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
