What's better than building your own wooden Charcuterie Board? Learning charcuterie arranging and tasting scrumptious appetizers too!✨ Event Details: 📅 Saturday, February 22 | 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

We'll start the evening with our Classic Glue-Up Charcuterie Board Workshop. You'll hand craft a 23" x 14" wooden board by gluing planks together to create a striped design with your choice of a cut-in wood handle or metal handles. We use a wide variety of hardwoods to give you plenty of options to create your own one-of-a-kind piece!
While the glue dries, The Charcuterie House will join us for a 1/2 hour charcuterie arranging demo on a take-home recyclable bamboo board. Choose your demo board size of either 8" for individuals or a 10" for couples working together on one project. They’ll cover the basics of building a beautiful charcuterie spread with the perfect mix of pre-cut cheeses, meats, and accompaniments.
Finish up the class by sanding your wooden board and adding your handle selection. Charcuterie snacks are included to enjoy throughout the evening.
