Chapter Ride - Tag's, Coolidge
As Arizona turns up the heat, we turn up the throttle a little earlier.
Join us for an early morning cruise to Coolidge and breakfast at Tag’s Cafe, a classic small-town stop known for hearty portions, friendly faces, and the kind of no-frills comfort food that tastes even better after a good ride.
Coolidge carries a rich piece of Arizona history. Founded as a railroad and farming community in the early 1900s, it grew alongside the surrounding cotton fields and irrigation canals that helped shape central Arizona. Just outside town stands the legendary Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, a reminder that this area has been a gathering place for travelers for more than 700 years.
The ride itself is perfect for an early summer morning—cool desert air, open roads, and that golden sunrise light that makes every mile feel just right.
