Chapstick is your excuse to misbehave or simply dance until the lights come on. Curated by Annie Social in collaboration with Dragged To and Miranda Bar, this is a night for dykes, lesbians, sapphics, and everyone who loves them. We’ll bring the best music, cold drinks, and a dance floor full of connection and queer joy. You just bring your best self
Looking for a night where you can be authentically you, connect with community and celebrate sapphic joy? Chapstick is the night for you! With curated killer entertainment, incredible music and an electric atmosphere for a night dedicated to lesbians, by lesbians. Whether you're coming with friends, meeting someone new or just here for the vibes, expect a welcoming, high-energy celebration that will leave you feeling at home.
So the questions on everyone’s lips, what is sapphic? Sapphic is an umbrella term for female-identifying or non-binary individuals who are attracted to women. This is the party we deserve, by someone who wants to see more lesbian representation in our nightlife.
Our opening night will be 13th August, with the aim of being a monthly event. We as a community only have each other, let’s support sapphic events and make this a staple in the queer scene!
Hosted at the gorgeous Miranda Tequila Bar, we are in the heart of Melbournes CBD. Just a 5 minute walk from Flinders Street, your way in and out are easily sorted. With one less thing to worry about, you can focus on yourself!
