Sunday: Mens/ Womens Triples
Check-In: 8:15 - 8:45 AM
Players Meeting: 8:50 AM
Play Starts: 9:00 AM (prompt)
Late check-in (after 8:50 AM): $5 fee
Missed first match: forfeit
Registration
Open: $40/player
AA/A/BB: $30/player
CASH ONLY (No Venmo)
Ball: Wilson OPTX
Key Reminders
No pool changes for late arrivals
10-minute grace period between matches → then forfeits apply
Must stay to officiate when required- $10 fee next event if you leave
No-shows or late drops (within 24 hrs): $10 fee next event
No refunds if asked to leave for any reason
Help keep the site clean (trash bags provided)
Tournament Notes
Divisions
May be combined based on turnout
Forfeitures
10-minute grace → forfeit set 1
+10 minutes → forfeit set 2
Applies to pool play & playoffs
Sandbagging & Division Integrity
Directors may disqualify without refund
We will allow you to finish pool play but not continue into playoffs
Movement decisions are subjective and at director discretion
We consider factors such as:
Team skill level
Strength of division
Consistent finishes
Injuries
Playing with juniors or new partners
Level and quality of other tournaments you’ve competed in
Final decisions are not up for debate
BB Division (Beginner Only)
For true beginners
No hand setting or jump serving allowed
If you have club/indoor/beach experience → play higher
Waitlist
Teams must be moved off waitlist by the night before to play
Acceptance depends on space, nets, and tournament flow
Alcohol / Conduct
Follow park/venue rules
Players must remain in control and respectful
Sportsmanship Clause
Unsportsmanlike behavior = removal without refund
CHAOS standards apply to players and spectators
Weather Policy
Tournament is rain or shine unless deemed unsafe
Refunds are determined based tournament completion %
