Chanting mantras, and toning are wonderful techniques to raise your vibration and balance your energies. By request, we are holding space in our beautiful meditation room to allow you to explore the power of sound and to empower your voice, and inspired by another event I attended we will make this one a bit more upbeat and add a bit of movement and sound into the group.
Everyone will be doing it, you'll have your eyes closed and very quickly you will turn your attention within and blend in with others to create one resonant, beautiful sound.
We will end our chanting session with a universal OM, and channel our inner Buddhist monk 🙏🙏 heaven!!
