Come along with Teri Wendt (Advanced Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master) as she leads you on a fascinating and transformational journey through your Chakra System. Learn how these wheels of energy impact everything in your life—from your physical, emotional, and mental health to your career, finances, and relationships. Explore your 7 primary chakras to discover what happens when they become imbalanced, or even blocked. Then work with each chakra to correct those energetic imbalances—restoring their natural health and vitality through targeted breath work and specific yoga poses, plus mudras, mantras, and the healing power of Reiki.
Best of all, you will be lovingly guided in a deeply nurturing, restful, and restorative chakra meditation as healing Reiki energy cascades down upon you. YUM. Leave feeling invigorated, renewed, and harmonized on all levels.
*A 15-minute break with healthy snacks and drinks will be provided to you midway through the workshop.
