We are The Regulation Project —a collaborative wellness initiative hosted by RADICAL REFILL and Channeling Qi.

RADICAL REFILL supports high-performing, impact-driven people who are burned-out + running on empty — offering restorative nutrition therapy and embodied practices that rebuild sustainable capacity, restore health and refill their cup.

Channeling Qi Health & Wellness guides women navigating endometriosis and chronic stress back to energetic and hormonal equilibrium through body-based healing modalities and intuitive care.

Together, we create immersive experiences and retreats designed to help the body regulate — not push, not override, not optimize — but return.

This is not performance wellness.

This is restoration as a practice.
