Changemaker: Know Thyself is a one-day learning experience designed to help you look inward before you look outward. Together we’ll explore how your personal story shapes the way you lead, and how unseen patterns influence the choices you make and the impact you have.

This is the inner work of change — laying the groundwork to become a more self-aware, connected, and effective changemaker. By the end of the day, you’ll see yourself with fresh eyes and understand more deeply how who you are connects to the difference you want to make.

It stands alone as a powerful learning experience and also serves as an extension of our two-day Changemaker Masterclass, diving deeper into the reflective work that strengthens leadership and advocacy for diverse communities.

This program is for community leaders, advocates, and changemakers — both new and seasoned — who want to deepen their impact by first deepening their self-awareness.
