Our speaker and guest is Travis Dommert, Senior Vice President of Talent. Travis supports the growth and development of the people and performance practices that make OneDigital the best place to work. In addition to working with OneDigital leaders and team members, he is also a member of the OneDigital national HR Consulting team, where he leads our emerging People & Performance practice, helping clients do their best work and live their best lives.
During his leadership, his past organizations have received numerous accolades for their workplace cultures, including Top 100 Best Places to Work by Glassdoor, Best Place to Work for Women, and Best Place to Work for Millennials by Fortune Magazine, as well as #1 Best Place to Work and #1 Healthiest Employer by Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Dommert spent years studying elite athletes and soldiers for insights into habit development, goal achievement, and the creation of high-performing, high-accountability teams. He speaks locally and nationally about employee engagement, talent selection, and developing high-performing teams. The Josh Bersin Academy has also featured him as a subject matter expert on employee engagement.
Dommert is a husband and father of five, a former endurance athlete once named among Atlanta’s Top 10 Amateur Athletes, and a lifelong learner. In addition to his extensive study of performance psychology, he has earned degrees in engineering and business from Northwestern University and Emory University.
He is passionate about helping business leaders and their teams align their work to their purpose and approach every day as an opportunity to grow and positively impact the lives of others.
